Earth Day at Sunrise Lake - Morristown NJ
Green Aura participated in the Earth Day event at the Sunrise Lake, Morristown NJ, on April 18th 2009.
It was a beautiful day, lots of sunshine..temperature in 70’s!! The Morris County Park Commission did an excellent job arranging for this event.
There were live animals, lots of volunteer organisations had hands on educational activities for kids as well as adults. Kids got to do connoeing in the lake. They even had vegan food and natural honey!
Some of the kids who visited our table signed the “Earth Day Pledge”. They got a small biodegradable bag in return!
